The spearhead of Dingus, the board of directors, has validated the markedly operational line with which the tourism technology company faces not only the recently launched 2025, but also the development envisaged in the coming years. With a focus on internal promotion and the training of Dingus professionals to take on specialised functions in the new challenges, Agustina Salord takes on the role of managing director of the company “as an exciting challenge. I am convinced that the real success of our company lies in people, and I believe that working to unite internal and external customers is fundamental, because both are the pillars that support the success of any organisation… When you align their needs and expectations, you create an ecosystem in which internal motivation and external satisfaction reinforce each other.”

Until now director of the Customer Service area, Salord has consolidated a highly specialised professional career in the tourism industry. From her career at Dingus, she highlights “the personalised service that becomes a differential, and that drives one of my goals to reinforce this aspect, taking our customer service to the next level.”

For the Managing Director, “our mission as a company goes beyond providing technological solutions: our essence is to facilitate our clients’ business in hotel distribution, to help them sell more and sell better. And this is only possible by sharing our knowledge and offering agile and efficient solutions.” For Dingus, “one of the main tasks will be to turn strategy into action. My commitment,” he says, “is to ensure that the strategic objectives are translated into the day-to-day operations of the company, with constant monitoring to identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise along the way. “
