For the fifth consecutive year, we have renewed the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) seal as a Level 1 service provider, following a continuous audit process that not only validates compliance with the strictest technical, regulatory, and organizational requirements, but also confirms that “we work every day to anticipate the challenges of an ever-evolving digital environment, offering our clients the peace of mind of operating with a robust and reliable platform,” explains Óscar Sánchez, Cloud Office & IT Manager at Dingus.

Sánchez emphasizes that this achievement would not be possible without the dedication of the entire team, “who year after year engage rigorously and with commitment in the certification process.” He especially highlights the Cloud Office which this time has taken a decisive step forward by “evolving the payment platform infrastructure toward a serverless environment. This transformation not only enhances the platform’s security and scalability, but also strengthens its adaptability to continue meeting the needs of the hotel sector and its distribution channels in a highly competitive global market.”

Also crucial has been the collaboration with A2Secure, the certifying entity with whom a relationship of trust and transparency has been built over the years. Thanks to rigorous planning “with clearly defined milestones and continuous support, we have been able to consolidate an audit process that goes beyond annual verification and drives continuous and sustainable improvement across all our systems,” explains our Cloud Office & IT Manager.
