As part of the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) 2025, Dingus reaffirmed its commitment to technological innovation in the tourism sector by participating as an exhibitor alongside the Turistec cluster, in collaboration with the Balearic Islands Tourism Strategy Agency (AETIB).
Our SVP Strategy & Growth, Paula Servera, emphasized the importance of these types of events, stating: “we are interested in forums where we can assess whether we are aligned with the sector’s trends and needs.” For the Mallorca-based company, TIS represents a key opportunity to build synergies, strengthen relationships with technology providers, and gain insights from the event’s talks and debates.
Servera highlighted the value of the event’s content, especially regarding trends and strategies from competitors and other players in the tourism-tech ecosystem. She also delivered the talk “Connecting Supply with Demand” at the forum’s theater sponsored by Vueling. Her presentation explored the potential of our distribution map in mature destinations such as Andalusia, which, in addition to traditional markets, is attracting attention from emerging ones.
Meanwhile, the company’s CEO also served as president of the technology and tourism cluster based in the Balearic Islands, which organized the delegation. Jaume Monserrat participated in the roundtable “Digital transformation in tourism: from discourse to reality” alongside Álvaro de Simón (Sabre) and Alberto Corredera (Room Mate Hotels). Strategic insights from the tourism ecosystem, digital transformation as a cross-cutting process involving investment, optimization, customer engagement, and commitment, as well as AI as a paradigm shift and the importance of contextualizing it, were among the topics addressed by Monserrat.
From the Dingus stand, Eduardo Cruz, Operations Data & Governance Director, explained that active participation in trade shows is an essential part of the company’s strategy: “we always assign someone from the team with a broad understanding of our offering to explain who we are and what we do to those who approach us.”
Dingus presented itself at the Seville congress as much more than a tech company. Our value proposition focuses on facilitating hotel business through innovation, connecting supply and demand via an advanced hotel distribution platform. This solution enables hotels to modernize their sales management and increase revenue, positioning Dingus as a high-value strategic partner.
