During a week of work at the Cancún office, Dingus teams based in Mexico, together with colleagues from the headquarters in Spain, held a series of strategic meetings with some of the main connectivity partners in the market: W2M, PriceTravel, Despegar and Expedia.

The main objective of these meetings was to strengthen the local approach by consolidating relationships and creating a space for direct dialogue with each channel. This initiative is part of Dingus’ commitment to continue working on the best connectivity offering for our clients, tailored to the specific characteristics of each market and operator. Throughout the meetings, special emphasis was placed on listening first-hand to the needs, challenges and priorities of each partner, with the aim of later analyzing them together with internal teams. This active listening exercise seeks to identify concrete collaboration opportunities that allow us to optimize integration and operations with each channel, generating a positive impact on the performance and competitiveness of hotel clients.

Evolution of channel relationships to support hotel business growth

In the regional context, Dingus continues to strengthen its presence in Latin America. In Mexico, the company currently works with 132 hotels and 55,679 connected rooms. Across LATAM as a whole, including Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay, Dingus reaches 412 hotels and 160,664 rooms.

Given that each partner has its own specific characteristics in terms of working model, structure and needs, the next steps include individualized follow-up for each case. In this way, the points discussed in each meeting will be addressed specifically, ensuring a tailored approach that maximizes the value of each collaboration.

With this initiative, Dingus reaffirms its commitment to developing strong and strategic partnerships, focusing on proximity, personalization and continuous improvement as key pillars of its connectivity model.
