The 46th edition of London’s tourism fair, WTM, has once again closed the European calendar of international sector summits. This edition stood out as the largest in its history, with a 25% expansion of the Excel London venue and a record number of exhibitors, surpassing 4,000 participants. “Reimagining travel in a changing world” was the 2025 theme, with strong Spanish representation, mainly from the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands (two priority and prominent destinations for Dingus), and an increasingly significant presence of technology for the travel and accommodation sector.
The days of meetings and networking in London allowed us to reaffirm “our commitment to innovation and efficiency in the tourism value chain,” said Milena Galindo (SVP Strategy & Partnerships) in London, “highlighting Dingus’s role as a business facilitator, both for hotels and sales channels.” We focused on offering “high-quality integrations, with advanced functionalities and demanding technical requirements, enabling channels to optimize their operations and align strategies to maximize results.” This approach not only improves operational efficiency but also directly benefits hotels by helping them increase sales and enhance competitiveness.
Meanwhile, Paula Servera (SVP Strategy & Growth) emphasized the company’s dual vocation: technological and touristic, which is why the teams are made up of “professionals from both disciplines, with solid experience in the sector, bringing deep market knowledge. This translates into solutions tailored to the real needs of clients, while our closeness and understanding of the tourism environment allow the company to evolve at the pace demanded by the industry, delivering tangible value to the businesses we collaborate with.”
A more technological WTM than ever
Technological innovation applied to the tourism industry played the most prominent role this year, increasing its presence and impact with each edition, as acknowledged by Dingus CEO Jaume Monserrat: “to the point where tech companies are now being considered part of the tourism sector, even by the travel and accommodation industry itself, making it clear that any strategy involving technology will be a key differentiator in the future.”
Also participating in the WTM delegation were Rodrigo Hernáez (Commercial & Sales Manager), Susana Minguell (Customer Service Specialist), and Ángel Cáceres (Connectivity Manager). Through its participation in World Travel Market London, Dingus presented its value proposition as a strategic partner for distribution, sales, and connectivity to hotel clients, partners, and business opportunities.
