We wrapped up our participation in the Berlin tourism fair having met our goal of strengthening relationships with technological partners and strategic channels for our hotel clients.

ITB Berlin: a key event for hotel connectivity

At ITB 2026, we once again confirmed the strategic value of this professional gathering in the German capital, deepening collaboration with our main technology partners and with the key channels in hotel distribution. Milena Galindo and Ángel Cáceres, SVP Strategy & Partnerships and Connectivity Sales Lead, respectively, emphasize that “the company’s innovation is built on direct contact with hoteliers and the operators we connect with. From this exchange come solutions tailored to real market needs and grounded in trusted relationships.”

Hotel connectivity solutions: technological partnerships and AI

Dingus remains focused on several major challenges currently facing the sector: technological fragmentation, pressure on margins, and the growing need for decision‑making based on reliable, real‑time data. These challenges become even more relevant in a context marked by international uncertainty and the recent conflict in the Middle East, whose onset coincided with (and partly shaped) the development of the Berlin fair.

We also made progress in our technology partnership strategy, aimed at driving new business models and ensuring the technical viability of integrations. In fact, the fair made it possible to identify synergies and analyze next steps to achieve increasingly efficient integrations for hoteliers. In Galindo’s words, “we act as a strategic partner to support business expansion and the evolution of the sector through technology.”

As in Fitur, artificial intelligence was one of the major topics at ITB, present in numerous meetings, talks, and conversations. Dingus used this context to explain its approach based on “the application of AI to the automatic generation of reports and predictive analysis, among other functionalities, enabling hoteliers to anticipate market changes and respond with greater speed and accuracy.” These capabilities allow for optimizing commercial and revenue strategies in an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment.
