Connected to Hall 4 and with direct access through IFEMA’s South Gate, the Knowledge Pavilion is Fitur’s new space dedicated to innovation, technology, and analysis of the challenges facing the tourism sector. It will be open exclusively on the trade days of the fair, from January 21 to 23, and the organizers aim for it to be the “epicenter of debate on the future of an increasingly responsible and technology-driven industry.” There, alongside travel technology companies from 20 countries, Dingus invites you to visit stand 12I08, a space designed for meetings with leads, partners, and clients to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships that drive growth and consolidation in 2026.
Dingus’ main objectives at Fitur
Jaume Monserrat notes that in the upcoming edition, “we will be fully aligned with the name of the new pavilion where we will also debut our own stand: the Knowledge Pavilion. In this context, we bring Dingus’ commitment to creating real value for the tourism industry, with levers such as our knowledge transformed into service, along with the relevance that distributors themselves recognize in our APIs. They consider them a technical benchmark because they concentrate our experience and reliability in hotel distribution. Today, if innovation and technology do not translate knowledge into business, the risk of a digital void becomes a burden for the sector. That’s why at Dingus—explains the company’s CEO—we are focused on delivering objective value through innovation and knowledge management, especially when the global technology landscape poses challenges to digital transformation that the sector knows it cannot ignore.” Feedback at Fitur will therefore be key to ensuring the development of proposals that strengthen competitive positioning in the market.
For Paula Servera (SVP Strategy & Growth), the first event on the international tourism fair calendar is once again “an excellent opportunity to meet with market players, as collaboration is essential to offer the best value to hotel clients, especially in a context of so many changes in distribution. Dingus’ positioning today allows major companies to seek us out to expand their client network and complement their services. Strategic alliances are a clear trend that we continue to promote.”
Indeed, SVP Strategy & Partnership Milena Galindo states that “we aim to reinforce our commitment to the company’s partnership policy, consolidating it as a strategic pillar to fulfill our mission of acting as a business enabler for the tourism industry’s value chain. At Fitur, we seek to consolidate agreements and strengthen long-term relationships that maximize results for Dingus, partners, and hotel clients.”
José Luis Tovilla, Office Manager LATAM, is particularly pleased that Mexico will be the partner country at the Madrid event in 2026, “as it enhances the opportunity to expand in Spain the initiatives we develop from our Cancún offices for the entire Americas region. There, we are already recognized as a leading channel manager and CRS, as well as a strategic partner, with attributes such as our connectivity catalog being highly valued. So at Fitur, we will strengthen relationships, finalize ongoing integrations, and explore new opportunities, markets, and destinations.”
Agustina Salord, Managing Director of Dingus, values the opportunity to continue strengthening the company’s role as a driver of transformation and innovation. But “proximity to the client is a lever of value that we want to keep reinforcing, putting them at the center and accompanying them as an effective business facilitator.” Salord also highlighted the collaboration strategy for destinations, “supporting their visibility among our hotel clients and connectivity and distribution partners.”
Strong representation
To adequately address all meetings, inquiries, and needs that may arise at Fitur, Dingus will once again deploy a large team of professionals in Spain and Mexico, from strategic departments such as Connectivity & Partnership; Customer Success and Customer Service; and Commercial & Sales, among others.
