Hotel distribution mix: profitability and control by channel
At HostSpeakers 2026, we shared our vision on how hotels in Portugal can develop a more balanced and profitable hotel distribution strategy. Paula Servera presented the Dingus distribution mix matrix, a tool that ranks each channel according to its contribution to the business in order to reduce dependencies, improve profitability and regain control over pricing and availability.
