Dingus’s presence on the Booking.com Connectivity Advisory Board strengthens our role as a representative of hotels’ real interests

Hotel technology is not just about connecting systems. It also involves understanding how the market evolves, anticipating change, and representing the interests of hotels wherever decisions are made that directly impact their business. That is why Dingus’s participation in the Booking.com Connectivity Advisory Board for the 2026–2027 term means much more than recognition of our track record. It represents an opportunity for our clients’ voice to be present in one of the most relevant collaboration forums in the travel industry.

The Connectivity Advisory Board brings together a small, select group of technology providers from around the world with the aim of sharing knowledge, analyzing trends, and collaborating on the evolution of the hotel distribution ecosystem. Through regular meetings, both in person and virtual, Booking.com and its technology partners exchange perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of the sector.

Dingus is once again part of this board, within the commercial fórum, an environment where business dynamics, distribution strategies, and the relationships between sales channels, technology providers, and hotel properties are analyzed. Our presence on this advisory body allows us to convey our clients’ specific needs directly to Booking.com. Sharing knowledge about this reality helps ensure that strategic, commercial, and technological decisions take into account the particularities of this segment and promote more efficient distribution aligned with their goals.

Beyond connectivity: influence and strategic alignment

Our mission as a company is to facilitate business between supply and demand. Our vision points toward a paradigm shift in the relationship between technology and tourism: one based on innovation, applied knowledge, and a genuine commitment to the growth of the hotels we support. From this perspective, being part of the Booking.com Advisory Board is not a public relations milestone: it is strategic alignment.

Booking.com is one of the most important distribution channels for the majority of hotels. The evolution of its tools, integrations, visibility models, and commercial strategies has a direct impact on the results of thousands of properties. Being part of the conversations that help define that future means being able to contribute context, experience, and insight drawn from the day-to-day reality of the hotels we work with.

The benefits of this participation do not necessarily translate into immediate changes to our products. However, they do generate a tangible impact in the medium and long term. They allow us to collaborate in the continuous improvement of integrations, anticipate market trends, gain early insight into potential technological developments, and transfer that knowledge to our products and services.

In practice, this results in more robust solutions, more efficient processes, greater capacity to adapt to market changes, and better alignment between the technology we develop and the real distribution needs of hotels.

After more than two decades developing specialized technology for the travel industry, with more than 500 active connections, more than 1,500 hotels in 48 countries, and over 13 million bookings managed each year, we remain convinced that the role of a technology partner goes far beyond connectivity. A true technology partner does not just connect your hotel to the market. It also represents your interests, communicates your needs to the players who define the rules of the game, and helps build a more efficient distribution environment for everyone.

And that is what being part of the Booking.com Advisory Board means for us: turning our clients’ experience into valuable knowledge for the industry and ensuring that their reality has a voice in the conversations that will shape the future of hotel distribution.
