The recent deployment of Dingus at the Tianguis Turístico held this year 2025 in Baja California, has allowed us to get a little closer to the needs of the Mexican destination, especially in the Pacific area.

Our clients and opportunities in the region agree that the commitment to the “services and connectivity that Dingus offers to this market goes hand in hand with the need to connect with large tour operators and the capacity of our technological and business platform to streamline the day-to-day distribution in the hotel,” explains José Luis Tovilla.

In the field of connectivity, Dingus highlighted “the highly productive collaboration, with positive results for all, and the strengthening of the relationship for future opportunities”. The customer service was particularly appreciated by the customers present, who considered it “a demonstration of Dingus’ commitment, follow-up and attention at all times”. It was emphasised that “the knowledge and expertise of our team inspire confidence”, and they were grateful for the opportunity to meet face to face.

This year, three units specialised in customer service, the distribution channel and the acquisition of new hotels interested in our offer attended Tianguis, resulting in more than 50 business meetings. Tovilla was joined by Ángel Cáceres, Claudia Ugalde, Sofía Amat and Verónica Flores.

The next meeting with the sector, specifically in LATAM, will take place on 14, 15 and 16 May in the Dominican Republic, where we will attend DATE, organised by the country’s hotel and tourism association, ASONAHORES.
