The celebration of Cancún Travel Mart 2025 allowed us to carry out an intense week of work between teams based in Spain and our offices in Mexico, with a full agenda of strategic meetings, networking activities, and active participation in the destination’s most important trade fair.

The delegation, led by Dingus’ Managing Director Agustina Salord and Customer Support Director Javier León, along with the LATAM Office Manager José Luis Tovilla, held key meetings with clients at our facilities in Cancún. These meetings, especially those with Binniguenda Huatulco and Azul Ixtapa Hotels “allowed us to strengthen business relationships, present the latest updates and features, and gather valuable feedback on market needs and the quality of our service. It was also very important for our clients to put a face to the team behind every query, call, and email, creating a closer connection.” Outside the office, we visited Marriott International and Royalton Resorts.

In terms of events, Dingus participated in various networking activities with clients and technology partners, taking advantage of the occasion to generate new collaboration opportunities and strengthen our presence in the local sector. We are especially grateful for the invitations received from Expedia, Despegar, and Ruta Maya.

Finally, during the Cancún Travel Mart fair, Dingus had a stand staffed by Arumy Alamilla (Commercial & Sales – LATAM) and Verónica Flores (Connectivity Specialist). The main goal was to reinforce brand presence, consolidate our position in the destination, and showcase our catalog of solutions and distribution map to hoteliers in the region. Most of the meetings focused on connectivity partners, reflecting Dingus’ commitment to technological development in the sector.
