Nayarit was this year’s venue for the Gala 2025, ‘the largest travel and tourism event of its kind in Mexico and considered the annual prelude to the Tianguis Turístico’, which takes place from 28 April to 1 May. The Gala is, according to its promoters, ‘a joint effort by the states of Nayarit and Jalisco to attract the most important tour operators and wholesalers from the United States, Canada, South America and the domestic destination, to connect them with the business sector and the different hotel projects in the region’, allowing them to guarantee or close a large number of stays throughout the year.
Dingus attended the gala for the first time in response to the “high demand from hotels for the distribution of our technology in the Pacific destinations, specifically – according to our Commercial & Sales Specialist in Latam, José Luis Tovilla– in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit”.
With the presence of more than 260 tourism companies, including hotels and agencies, at this 30th edition, the aim was to “promote the region and strengthen links between professionals in the sector”. For Dingus, it was the perfect setting to meet the Mexican Pacific industry and maintain business relationships with hotels and partners in the destination.
