- Our connectivity partners are the main contracting platform for hotels in the Galician community.
- The aim of the meeting with Galician hoteliers was to promote the benefits of using tools to facilitate the day-to-day marketing and sale of their accommodation.
Galicia has more than 1,800 registered hotel establishments, with just over 39,100 rooms and a supply of almost 74,000 beds. So far this year, the region has recorded almost eight million overnight stays and has the capacity to generate more than 9,300 jobs in the sector.
Last summer, the main foreign country of origin for Galicians, who account for around 60% of tourism in their region, was neighbouring Portugal, followed by France, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland, and to a lesser extent the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, Belgium and Austria.
Accessing the proposal of a Channel Manager such as Dingus® is a safe investment, far from being a cost. And so, highlighting that it is prepared to facilitate the marketing of the hotel accommodation offer in the destination, Dingus® told the attendees at the Conecta Galicia event, organised by our partners Booking.com at the tourist office in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra).
We had the opportunity to present our technological platform and the ability of its tools to effectively link supply and demand and ensure distribution. María Ferragut (Commercial & Sales Specialist) explained the possibilities for increasing profitability, simplifying and automating processes, and achieving higher levels of competitiveness in hotels.
Thanks to Booking.com for relying on Dingus® for these work and business days with the hotels. See you at the Click events for partners in Amsterdam and Mexico!
