The addition of Realtime Travel Solution to Dingus’ connectivity portfolio has already successfully passed its integration phase, allowing connectivity for our customers in Spain and the Caribbean with this important Korean bed bank.

RTS began operating in 2004, has a presence in Spain since 2016 and is currently in full expansion worldwide, mainly in Europe, America and the Middle East. The company is focused on the B2B segment, working with international agencies and distributors. The managers of the wholesaler, one of the most important in the Korean market, state that its Asian customer segment “is very attractive for those hotels that want to expand their share in these emerging markets”, stressing that they choose RTS to book “for the service, prices and customer service” they offer.

To hotels, the group sends a message of “state-of-the-art technology, designed to be highly responsive to a dynamic market, combined with our distribution channels and an experienced team of tourism industry professionals, trained to meet all specific needs and distribution objectives”.

Currently, Dingus maintains 191 active channels. 53% have already adopted our standard API, both the Pull and the Push, which allows us to adapt to the technical, commercial and operational needs of each sales channel. In addition, as our own APIs, they can take full advantage of the functionalities of our tool, which we are constantly evolving according to the needs of the market and our customers.

RTS has relied on Dingus’ agility to transfer all these product and market developments to its integration.
