Improvements to the new BIC version in November

Version 20.0 of Bookincenter is released this month with technical and operational innovations developed to further reduce hotel costs by increasing management facilities. Thus, for example, the elimination of prices in the calendar rate is contemplated to speed up the correction of errors during the loading, and the management of payments in cancelled rooms is enabled, so that the collections are executed according to the conditions of the reservation. Traceability is also improved by incorporating the user and last modification date fields in clients and hotel. We continue to evolve the most advanced hotel business platform in the market when it comes to integrating all the functionalities into a single environment, managing the personalised sale that we propose: one client, one situation, one opportunity. In addition to the new booking engine, developed as a PULL type channel, BiC can be used not only as a Channel Manager, but also as a CRS so that each hotel, depending on its marketing strategy and channel mix, can manage and control all reservations from a single technological environment.

With PMSreservations, Botel Alcudiamar can download the reservations into its own management system (PMS), provided that it has integrated our APIs and is certified with Dingus for this purpose.
