More than 35 years in the hospitality industry underpin the solutions and services of TCA Innsist, the suite of software resources for the hospitality industry focused on “providing integrated solutions to the specific needs of hotels and hotel groups” and aimed at “helping to increase room and service sales” with the guest as the priority.

Now Innsist Property Management System arrives to Dingus’ catalogue as a PUSH integration of special interest for connected hotels in the Caribbean area, as well as the Spanish area where the expansion of the technology provider has begun. Precisely for this market expansion, TCA Innsist PMS has expressed its confidence in the alliance with Dingus to reach the portfolio of connected hotels.

The PMS highlights how it “enables staff to fulfil their activities and functions, establish a rate strategy, operate a successful front desk, manage room inventory, coordinate group logistics, perform tax invoicing and manage the nightly audit”.

A message of optimism in the Caribbean for 2021

In a statement issued by the Caribbean Tourism Organisation to welcome 2021, its acting secretary general, Neil Walters, stressed that during this year the CTO’s programmes “will continue the work begun in 2020 in research, product development (including heritage and community-based tourism) and human resource development”. In addition, collaborative efforts “will continue for the tourism sector to work with others such as the health sector to improve prospects as we move towards a new paradigm of normality. Our collective efforts to date,” Walters added, “have positioned the Caribbean, from a global perspective in this pandemic, as a healthy and safe region for travel. It is a position we must defend, while doing all we can to improve all other facets of the visitor experience”.
