• With the reopening pending on the evolution of the pandemic and planned, in principle, for next October 1st, Dingus has received these last weeks the adhesion to our Bookincenter of the Hotel Botánico, the first one that was recognized as a 5 stars Grand Luxury hotel in the island of Tenerife.

Located in Puerto de la Cruz, in the heart of the Orotava Valley and just a few minutes from the fantastic black volcanic sand beaches of Tenerife, the Hotel Botánico has established itself as the ideal place to enjoy the best holidays on the Canary Island. With a name that pays homage to the nearby and famous Botanical Garden, it is characterized “by excellence in every detail. We are very proud -they say from the hotel– to be able to say that, thanks to the friendly treatment and the quality of our services and facilities, we are considered to be the best 5 star Grand Luxury hotel in the Canary Islands”. It has 252 rooms and suites distributed over five floors and equipped with all the services, comforts and details that can be expected in an establishment of these characteristics, and the proposal of the management that “if something is missing, customers just let us know”.

The accommodation offer is completed with first class leisure and sports facilities, the award-winning The Oriental Spa Garden and its thermal water circuit, a la carte haute cuisine in its restaurants, gymnasium, activities such as tennis or golf, swimming pools, exceptional botanical gardens in an area of 25,000 square metres, and all the service options that the visitor may need.

Among its numerous awards, the Hotel Botánico and Oriental Spa Garden in Tenerife is the first on the island to become part of The Leading Hotel of the World in 1998, and has obtained in different years the Condé Nast Johansens award for the best spa hotel in Europe or the Reader’s Travel Award for the most exclusive spa and wellness resort in the world granted by Scholl Media Group.

Open from October 1st

One of the characteristics of our new clients is the prudence with which they are facing the Covid-19 crisis, and which has led them to take the decision to set the reopening in the first days of October, if the situation allows it. Until then, the hotel has continued to consolidate its sales and distribution options with Dingus, and all the possibilities of our Bookincenter and PMS solutions.

With BiC, the Hotel Botánico has the most advanced platform in the market when it comes to integrating all the functionalities in a single environment, managing the personalized sale: one client, one situation, one opportunity. With PMSreservations the hotel can download the reservations to its management system (PMS), provided that it has integrated our API and is certified with Dingus for that purpose. We are confident that the management with our tools will contribute to the objective of returning to the activity in the best conditions, planning a desirable great high season in Tenerife.
