• Many of the hotels that work with Dingus in the Caribbean expressed their interest in integrating Pleasant Holidays, and they already have it. This April we have incorporated the expert operator, which comes not only to expand our offer of North American channels, but to consolidate it.

Since 1959, Pleasant Holidays has been one of the largest companies in the USA. Its vacation packages include flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, etc. in destinations in the Caribbean, Central America, Asia, Europe, USA and Canada. It is now available in our connectivity portfolio.

The touristic operator is recognized annually with numerous travel industry awards for excellence in customer service, including “Best  Operator, Hawaii” for an unprecedented 15 consecutive years (2004 – 2018) and “Best Operator, Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific” between 2016 and 2018. It is dedicated to excellence and aspires to be the leading travel provider worldwide.

In relation to the crisis of COVID-19, the channel has active a campaign for its customers, which encourages both date changes instead of cancellation thanks to an interesting discount offer, and travel credits for those who finally have to cancel the reservation. The 400 employees of the company, headquartered in Westlake Village, California, are involved in all of this operation, which in principle runs until May 31.

Its extensive catalogue allows to opt for family holidays, only adults, weddings, honeymooners’ trips, beach stays, resorts, skiing, diving or golfing stays, among others, and others adapted for accommodation with pets.
