The Yucatan Resort Playa del Carmen Tapestry Collection by Hilton, the new adults-only, all-inclusive resort by Playa Hotels & Resorts in alliance with Hilton, opened its doors last May. This boutique hotel located on Playa del Carmen’s Quinta Avenida and very close to some of the Riviera Maya’s main attractions, is owned by FibraHotel, a real estate investment trust specialising in hotels in Mexico with a portfolio of 86 establishments in the country.

The general manager of Dingus’ new client in the Mexican Caribbean, Manuel Villalobos, was particularly delighted with this “first Tapestry Collection resort in this extraordinary tropical destination. Trust in Bookincenter & API Contracting

Our new clients have chosen Bookincenter, Dingus’ business platform, which is constantly evolving to become the most advanced on the market. API Contracting: The Yucatan Resort Playa del Carmen is also committed to this Dingus product, which allows third-party systems to send contract conditions (prices, availability and restrictions) to our platform from the hotel’s PMS and after Property Management System certification. And it does so with all the guarantees of security, traceability and compatibility with all the management functionalities. Currently, in addition to the systems connected to API Contracting, several PMS and RMS are in the development, certification and/or pilot phase. Working on all these integrations is one of our commitments to offer hotels the possibility of operating with their availability in real time and in a fully automated process that facilitates contract management.
