To benefit from our value proposition focused on connectivity, scalability and efficiency, Coral Costa Caribe Beach Resort is committed to Bookincenter, the business platform that is constantly evolving to become the most advanced on the market. It integrates all the functionalities in a single environment, managing the personalised sale that we propose: a client, a situation, an opportunity. BiC can be used not only as a Channel Manager, but also as a CRS so that each hotel, depending on its marketing strategy and channel mix, can manage and control all bookings from a single technological environment.

Through the Dingus® APIs, the systems used by the hotel to upload and manage rates and availability (PMS, CRS, RMS, etc.) can update prices, quotas and restrictions directly to Bookincenter, as well as download bookings to the PMS. To do so, the system must have integrated with our API and be certified for this purpose.

The resort will also feature the Dingus® booking engine which, integrated into the hotel’s own website, offers a simple and intuitive booking process for the user, personalised and with the possibility of offering extras or upgrades. As it is 100% integrated with Bookincenter, it has all the price combinations provided by the CRS, does not require mapping, and offers the possibility of connecting with numerous online marketing applications or other services aimed at improving direct sales revenue.
