• The business group made up of Dingus and Etoolinnovation was the protagonist of the last session for entrepreneurs organised by the Reciprocal Guarantee Society of the Balearic Islands
  • The technology developed and marketed by the group’s companies will close this year with indicators such as the 4.5 reserves per second processed, almost 7 million in 2019
  • Support for the financing of projects under the Isba guarantees contributes to boosting business and socio-economic growth on the islands

“It’s important to have the right travel companions”. This is how the CEO and co-founder of Hitt Group (Dingus and Etoolinnovation) summed up the group’s relationship with the Reciprocal Guarantee Society of the Balearic Islands. Jaume Monserrat was one of the speakers in the seventh edition of the conference ‘case studies, learn and undertake with Isba’, conceived as a cycle of conferences for entrepreneurs. Hitt Group has the backing of the Reciprocal Guarantee Society, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, for a Big Data project validated and financed, as required, by the Centre for Industrial Technological Development, CDTI.

At the meeting, Monserrat stressed the importance of drawing up a good business plan “to guarantee the viability of the future company and thus ensure a return on investment. About the Hitt Group and its companies, the trajectory started in 2008 was addressed until today, when “we have become a benchmark in the world of tourism and the marketing of hotel reservations through business knowledge“. In this way, and thanks both to the solvency of the group’s technological products and services and to the confidence of our customers, “we will close 2019 above the 6.9 million reserves processed: 4.5 per second”.

In his speech, Jaume Monserrat also shared some of Hitt Group’s market indicators, starting with our connectivities: we work with more than 350 tourist distribution operators “which by the end of the year will have allowed us to surpass, according to the projection, no less than 14 billion search requests. These numbers are complex for anyone who is not in control of this business, but the 1,300 hotels in our client portfolio know the impact of working with such a capable supplier”. But it is one of the reasons why Hitt Group has managed to have a presence in 5 continents, 26 countries and 52 destinations, from its offices in Mallorca and Mexico, and delegations in Alicante, Canary Islands, Andalusia and Slovenia.

At the meeting organised by Isba, Jaume Monserrat outlined the group’s innovation strategy and recommended that the attendees design and apply a good policy in this area. Especially because “the mega technological trends (5G, IoT, IA, Big Data or Blockchain, for example) are going to accelerate the change even more in the second half of the decade, and the digital transformation must be tackled without palliatives in order to be successful.

From Hitt Group we thank Isba for the opportunity to participate in the cycle, as well as their confidence in our companies. We hope that the attendees also found the information interesting!.
