It integrates in a single environment all the functionalities that manage the personalised sale that we propose: a customer, a situation, an opportunity. BiC can be used not only as a channel manager, but also as a CRS, allowing each hotel to manage and control all reservations from a single technological environment, depending on its marketing strategy and channel mix.

With PMSreservations, reservations are downloaded to the hotel’s own property management system (PMS).
