We have already surpassed 290 hotels connected to the technology for the distribution and sale of Dingus® in the Caribbean. The latest hotel establishment to join our client portfolio is the Telégrafo Axel Hotel La Habana. It is located in the historic and emblematic Hotel Telégrafo “which was inaugurated in 1860, making it the oldest hotel in Cuba, a few years after the first telegraph station was founded in the country from which its name is inspired”.

The hotel says that it “preserves its colonial charm and combines it with modern elements that are reflected in its 63 rooms, as well as in its restaurant and lounge bar. It also has Wellness & Fitness and a Sky Bar on the rooftop terrace with swimming pool and solarium”. Following the philosophy of the Spanish hotel chain Axel Hotels in different destinations, its range of quality services and products are designed, developed and adapted to the LGTBIQ+ community “always within an environment of diversity and respect towards the community to which we belong”.

Trust in Bookincenter & PMSreservations

Telégrafo Axel Hotel La Habana relies on Bookincenter, the business platform that is constantly evolving to become the most advanced on the market. It integrates all the functionalities in a single environment, managing the personalised sale that we propose: a client, a situation, an opportunity. BiC can be used not only as a Channel Manager, but also as a CRS so that each hotel, depending on its marketing strategy and channel mix, can manage and control all bookings from a single technological environment.

Through the Dingus® APIs, the systems used by the hotel to upload and manage rates and availability (PMS, CRS, RMS, etc.) can update prices, quotas and restrictions directly to Bookincenter, as well as download bookings to the PMS. To do so, the system must have integrated with our API and be certified for this purpose.

  • PMSreservations: download reservations to the hotel’s own management system (PMS)
