For the second year running, the ITB has made the most important tourism event for the German market an event exclusively for professionals. And although the decision for some destinations and exhibitors it detracts from the fair’s potential, has so far paid off positively for technology partners such as Dingus®.

Milena Galindo (VP Strategy & Partnerships) and Paula Servera (VP Strategy & Growth) dedicated the business days at Messe Berlin to various meetings with customers, partners and distribution channels “with whom they have strengthened ties in order to provide solutions to the challenges of hotel distribution”.

According to the two Dingus® executives, ITB is an example of “the strong presence of technology companies focused on the tourism sector, with whom we are continuously working to ensure that, through the integration of our different solutions and the good collaboration of our teams, we offer hotels the way to sell at lower cost and with greater profitability“.

ITB is always a good opportunity to observe the market, trends and strengthen collaboration with partners, in some cases initiating the relationship towards the next major integrations for our hotel customers”.

For their part, the operators present at the fair highlighted the loyalty of the German tourist, which is particularly important for the destinations where hotels linked to Dingus® operate and are interested in these travellers. Many of them used all their attractions in Berlin to encourage Germans to return to their territories or to make a first bet on their next holiday.
