How does Dingus technology work for tourism marketing and distribution? What does it mean to have the confidence of more than 1,200 hotels in 25 countries and the integration of more than 350 channels? Among other things, to exceed 17,500 active connections, manage more than 23,000 daily reservations and the Revenue of our clients (more than 10 million euros/day).
The impact of all this on the hotel business and the knowledge with which we work (especially to anticipate market needs and develop products and services that provide effective responses), were some of the issues addressed during the practical sessions with the students of the Accommodation and Intermediation Training Classroom. This initiative, aimed at students of Business Administration and Tourism at the University of the Balearic Islands, is now in its fourth edition.
In all of them Dingus has been one of the collaborating companies, supporting the initiative led by Directbeds and offering the incorporation of students trained in the project to our team. During this time, six students have passed through the classroom and, after their period of practice, have joined the company. For this reason, Nabila Berjal and Ana Darvoy participated in the talks by sharing their experience and highlighting the possibilities of this training for the subsequent incorporation into the labour market.
The visit of the 26 students has been a great opportunity for Dingus to express our commitment to training and education options and to open the doors of Dingus to future professionals.
